Rangers midfielder Todd Cantwell wanted a foul for running into referee Nick Walsh on Sunday. However, the Englishman’s most embarrassing moment that afternoon came in the pre-match footage when he told Sky Sports that he was more of a winner than Callum McGregor.
Cantwell claimed that he wanted to win more than the serial winning Celtic skipper, who is currently looking to complete a double by winning the Premiership and the Scottish Cup in the final weeks of the season.
"I want to win just as much as he does – probably a little bit more."

McGregor has won twenty major honours with Celtic along with a number of PFA Scotland accolades. The Celtic skipper has been a stalwart in Steve Clarke’s Scotland teams that have achieved back-to-back qualifications for European Championships. Cantwell, meanwhile, has shown himself to be more interested in social media and drumming up support from the Ibrox masses.
